How we do rent process

• We will professionally process the property into an attractive offer, take photos, prepare a video, draw a floor plan.
• We sign an agreement with the owner
• To less attractive properties we can provide Homestaging - professional preparation of the property before renting, thereby increasing the attractiveness of the property.
• We will suggest the right rental price and marketing strategy.
• We promote the processed property on the website, the best real estate portals with high traffic, social networks.
• We carry out inspections with interested parties and check within the available public resources whether they are non-paying or problematic clients.
• If we find a suitable candidate, we will agree with him on the exact terms of the lease, which we will confirm in the lease agreement.
• We will hand over the property to interested parties. Part of the process is the preparation of a detailed Acceptance Protocol and photo documentation.
• We can also provide rental services to clients who are staying abroad for a long time. Our Property Management is a services, where a real estate agent performs services for the owner, which mainly includes communication with the interested party, communication with the administrator, representation at house meetings, ensuring revisions (chimney, heating equipment, mediation of simple repairs...).
• During the lease, the tenant pays the advance payment regulations for the advance payments for services (energy, gas, heat...). We can help you to do annual settlement.
