How we do sales process

  • We will do first inspection of your property, analyze the facts, and check the legal aspects. We will provide extracts from Property list, images from the cadastral map.
  • We will professionally process the property into an attractive offer, take photos, prepare a video, draw a floor plan. If necessary, we will ensure the development of geometric plans.
  • During the exclusive sale, we will prepare a 3D virtual tour for you.
  • We will add value to less attractive properties by providing Homestaging - professional preparation of the property before sale, thereby increasing the value of the property.
  • We will suggest the right selling price and sales strategy.
  • We promote the processed property on the website, the best real estate portals with high traffic, social networks, banners, or in print media.
  • We are also members of the Real estate union of Slovak republic and NARKS, where we not only regularly educate ourselves, but also create cooperation between the membership so that your business can be completed quickly and under the most favorable conditions.
  • We carry out inspections both physically and by video call. Interested parties will receive all important information in written form. We proceed in such a way that everything goes smoothly and safely.
  • We are also happy to arrange an Open Day for clients. This service is suitable for the sale of new buildings, or for clients whose property is planned to be available only for a limited time.
  • If the interested party (buyer) expresses interest in the property, we will prepare a Reservation Agreement. With this contract, we will agree on the terms of sale and the time frame. Based on the reservation agreement, the buyer pays the reservation fee, whereby the property is reserved only for him. It is the time to prepare purchase contracts and arrange the financing of the property by the buyer.
  • We are happy to help clients who are buying property with financing through a Bank, Construction saving bank, or SFRB. We cooperate with Construction experts. We can mediate the preparation of an expertise of Property.
  • The purchase contracts is supplied by the Law Office of JUDr. Ivana Remšíková. We prefer to provide the submission to the cadaster in electronic form. We can arrange personal delivery of documents to the Cadaster, if the client requests it.
  • Part of the process of providing our services is also handover to the new owner and help with the transcription of the media (electricity, water, gas...)
  • We can provide taxes advice to clients who sold property or rented property.
