Property management
In case the property owner is abroad or does not want to communicate with the tenant directly, we offer the Property management service. Property management includes communication with the tenant, administrator, media suppliers, mediation of minor repairs by professional firms etc.
We offer Property management mainly to foreign clients. Since we are familiar with Slovak legislation, we can easily do everything for you. We will advise you if you have bought or sold real estate, or if you have rented it. We will advise you, or based on a power of attorney, we will fill out all documents for you:
- Media registration - transcript (electricity, gas, internet, water...)
- Registration with the property manager
- Filing of the Tax Return for real estate taxes
- Registration of municipal waste, dog tax, parking in the city
- Registration of Concessionaire Fees
- We will submit an application for registration of a tax subject when renting real estate
- We will arrange property insurance for you
- We will arrange much more for you than you can imagine :)
