Mortgages or financing:

We can also help clients who are buying property with financing through a bank, construction saving bank, or ŠFRB. Through our own or external financial intermediaries, we will help you arrange a favourable mortgage, we will compare and explain the advantages and disadvantages of financial products and their providers, we will arrange insurance for your purchased property. Each financial intermediary carries out its activity based on a license of the National Bank of Slovakia. Our intermediaries receive regular training, as the conditions provided by banks are unfortunately constantly changing. Do not waste your time and use the services of our financial intermediaries.

What is the procedure of the financial intermediary?

  • First, we analyze your needs and requirements
  • We will carry out an internal financial analysis, prepare documents, complete confirmations of income, expenses, etc.
  • We will find out the possibilities and conditions of obtaining a mortgage loan
  • We will compare the banks' offers and choose the most advantageous one
  • After your approval, we will process the loan application, which we will deliver to the bank
  • We mediate the preparation of an expert analysis
  • After the approval of the conditions by the bank, we will immediately contact you
  • We will ensure the preparation of the Loan Agreement, we will check its content and conditions
  • We communicate the conditions with the real estate advisor, who will adjust the financial conditions in the purchase contract
  • We insure the purchased real estate, or arrange life insurance for persons.
  • We will deliver the signed Deposit Agreements to cadaster
  • We deal with communication with the bank until the loan is drawn down
  • We monitor the registration of mortgage contracts in the cadaster
