My name is Jaroslav Bartek, RSc. I have been working in real estate since 2013. Over the years, I have brokered dozens of deals in real estate. I specialize in selling and renting houses, apartments and land. I have done a lot of business, many of them were very complex and complicated, e.g. legalization of “black buildings”, removal of obligations, encumbrances, foreclosures and more.
I provide clients with a high level of real estate presentation, professional photography of the object, video presentation, advertising on social networks and other modern marketing tools.
My big advantage is that I have a license in the financial market. I work in the areas of providing housing loans and consumer loans, insurance, and reinsurance, accepting deposits, capital market. I cover all mortgage banks and insurance companies in Slovakia, so I can find the best financing for the purchase of real estate.
In 2021, I achieved the highest possible Real estate education - RSc degree with a red diploma accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic. I have the knowledge that only 6% of brokers have on the market.
