Added: 12.5.2023

If you are looking for an apartment or a house, we will advise you on how to do it! You will save your time if you know exactly what awaits you. So, there are instructions:

1. Do a survey of the real estate market and get input on the current offer, price and locations. Set parameters for what your property should have.

2. Determine the maximum budget, which will include the price of rent and energy, or other services such as internet or cable television.

3. Look for potential apartments, or contact a real estate agency, which will find suitable apartments for you through the tenant assistance service.

4. Contact the apartment owners. Find out by phone how many parameters the given property meets. Make an appointment for the visit.

5. Prepare for the tours. Print the offers. Go on a tour and write down your comments and feelings in the printed offer. It comes in handy if you do several tours at once in one day.

6. After the inspection, create a list of preferred apartments. Find out other important information, for example, how far is bus stop, shops, kindergarten, how long will you travel to work.

7. If you have selected a property, notify the owner that you are interested in renting and ask for the rental agreement to be submitted for inspection.

8. Before signing, ask for an inspection of the apartment once more. If everything is fine, write the download protocol on the content page.

9. Sign the rental agreement and pay the security deposit and the first rent.

10. Take over the property and sign the acceptance protocol, document the condition with photos, write down the condition of the meters, keys and a detailed list of the equipment and equipment of the property.
